• The price for a typical, standard, 3/2 or 4/2 block or wood frame home, Home Inspection are as follows... (this price does not include Mold Inspections, Radon Testing, Detached Buildings, Swimming Pool and Spa Inspections, or Insurance Inspections).

       > Homes up to 2000 square feet - $350.00

       > Homes from 2001 to 2250 square feet - $375.00

       > Homes from 2251 to 2500 square feet - $400.00

       > Homes from 2501 to 2750 square feet - $425.00

       > Homes from 2751 to 3000 square feet - $450.00

       > Homes from 3001 to 3250 square feet - $475.00

       > Homes from 3251 to 3500 square feet - $500.00

       > Homes from 3501 to 3750 square feet - $525.00

       > Homes from 3751 to 4000 square feet - $550.00

       > Homes over 4001 square feet - Please call for pricing.

• A typical, standard 2/2, 3/2, or 4/2 Manufactured Home Inspection is $350.00. (This price does not include Mold Inspections, Radon Testing, Detached Buildings, Swimming Pool and Spa Inspections, or Insurance Inspections).

• WDO (Termite) Inspections are priced at $100.00 if performed during a standard Home Inspection, or $150.00 if this is the only Inspection you need.

• A Four Point Inspection on a typical, standard, 3/2 or 4/2 block or wood framed home is $100.00 if you also purchase a Standard Home Inspection, or $150.00 if this is the only Inspection you need.

• A Four Point Inspection on a typical, standard 2/2, 3/2, or 4/2 Manufactured Home is $100.00 if you also purchase a Standard Manufactured Home Inspection, or $150.00 if this is the only Inspection you need.

• A Wind Mitigation Inspection on a typical, standard, 3/2 or 4/2 block or wood framed home is $100.00 if you also purchase a Standard Home Inspection, or $150.00 if this is the only Inspection you need.

• Combine a Four Point Inspection and a Wind Mitigation Inspection and SAVE! The total price for both is $250.00.

• Infrared Thermal Imaging Scanning Inspections of the entire home are priced at $100.00 if performed during a standard Home Inspection, or $175.00 if ordered separately. As always, scanning of the main circuit breaker panel and hot water heater are always included with a standard Home Inspection, free of charge. Your safety is too important NOT to check these!

• A New Home Inspection may consist of a Stage of Construction Inspection, a Final Walk-Thru Inspection, a Builders Warranty Inspection, or a combination of all of these. Therefore, the price will vary greatly. Please call for further information.

• A visual Chinese Drywall Inspection on a typical, standard, 3/2 or 4/2 block or wood framed home is $200.00. The price for a Chinese Drywall Inspection with laboratory testing will vary based on several factors. Please call for further information.

• Detached buildings (garages, sheds, carports, pump houses, barns, etc.) must be seen first to determine a price.

• A Swimming Pool or Spa Inspection without a Home Inspection is $175.00. A Swimming Pool or Spa Inspection with a Home Inspection is $100.00. All other Water Features (Ponds, Waterfalls, Fountains, Water Gardens, etc.) must be seen first to determine a price.

• An Advanced Mold Test without a Home Inspection is $225.00 for either two "Surface Swabs", two "Tape Lifts", or one of each. This test with a Home Inspection is $175.00. "Air Sampling", "Carpet Testing" or "Inner Wall Air Sampling" in one room without a Home Inspection is $350.00. "Air Sampling", "Carpet Testing" or "Inner Wall Air Sampling" in one room with a Home Inspection is $300.00. These tests include ALL laboratory costs (72 hour turn-around on results).

• Radon Air and Water Testing - please call for details.

• All final costs will be explained and discussed thoroughly in person and presented in writing on the "Inspection Agreement", prior to the start of any inspection.
